Shipping and Delivery

Ottica In guarantees fast and secure shipping both nationally and internationally:

✓ National Shipping (Italy): We entrust your orders to express couriers such as GLS or Poste Italiane. Shipping is free for orders over €89.00. For lower amounts, the shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout.
✓ International Shipping: For worldwide deliveries, we rely on FedEx express service (with any applicable customs duties and import taxes borne by the recipient for non-EU shipments). Rates vary based on the destination country and are calculated at checkout.
✓ In-Store Pickup: You can pick up your purchases for free directly at our store in Brindisi, subject to availability confirmation.

Tip: We always recommend opting for insured shipping, whenever available, for greater parcel protection.

Verification upon Receipt

Upon delivery by the courier, please inspect the package for integrity. If you notice tampering or evident damage, do not accept the goods or accept them with a "specific control reservation". Accepting the package without contestation excludes the possibility of opening disputes for external damage.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under the law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without having to specify any reason.

Return Conditions and Exclusions:

Standard products must be returned in perfect condition, sealed, unused, and free from any signs of wear or scratches, complete with accessories and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Important note: As per current regulations, the right of withdrawal is excluded for customized or tailor-made products, such as prescription ophthalmic lenses mounted according to the customer's specific prescription.

To initiate an authorized return, please contact our support team. Send the returned goods to: Ottica In snc, Corso Roma 60/62, 72100 Brindisi (BR). We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit. Once integrity is verified, the refund will be issued within 30 days.
